I support adults navigating anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, grief, chronic pain, or life transitions. My work blends Classical Chinese Medicine, somatic awareness, and sacred ceremony to support transformation on all levels. I offer both private one-on-one journeys and small, intentional group experiences, with acupuncture available as an optional part of the preparation and integration process.
