About

In Sam’s words

Bio sourced from public website. The facilitator has not yet claimed this listing.

I feel deeply called to work with women because I understand how often women carry emotional pain, self-doubt, burnout, trauma, and the pressure to care for everyone else while neglecting themselves. Many women spend years feeling unseen, emotionally unsafe, overly responsible, or disconnected from their own needs and identity. Through my own experiences with trauma, healing, motherhood, relationships, and personal growth, I strive to create a compassionate and supportive space where women can feel genuinely heard, accepted, and safe enough to explore their experiences openly. My goal is to help women reconnect with themselves, build self-compassion, strengthen relationships, and move toward healing in a way that feels authentic, empowering, and sustainable.
