I spent years slowly declining from crippling pain, inflammation, and fatigue, before I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease in 2014. I was discouraged with the healthcare system, uninterested in taking medications with potential side effects, and desperate for help. So, I turned to mushrooms for healing.
