I have lived through a lot of what I now help others navigate—addiction, recovery, familial estrangement, betrayal, and self-abandonment. The messy and often heartbreaking work of learning to come home to myself has taken me through winding roads I never thought I would encounter.
Every psychedelic and healing journey is unique and frequently indescribable with words alone. So much of the healing I experience takes place in quiet moments of day-to-day life, sometimes alone, sometimes in the company of trusted others. As I continue to make sense of my story, the integration of my psychedelic experiences teaches me how important it is to connect with each other as we forge a path back to ourselves, rebuilding inner safety after relational harm.
I am passionate about helping people find ways to stop pretending they have it all together to make others more comfortable. I believe that slowly, intentionally, and together we can heal things we had all but given up on and find new ways to experience joy in our daily lives.
