I'm a retreat leader who honors the deep, healing wisdom that lives inside every woman, guiding them through sacred psilocybin journeys with warmth, rigor, and heart. I've spent a lifetime studying how our past shapes our present, and I believe healing is a blend of soul and science—a delicate conversation between inner knowing and proven practices. With a background as a journalist, psychotherapist, and professor, I bring a unique blend of storytelling, clinical insight, and scholarly rigor to my women's psilocybin retreats. My early work laid the groundwork for understanding how relational trauma and early-life experiences shape intimate connections, and over the years I've expanded that lens to create spaces where women can safely explore, unburden, and reconnect with their authentic flourishing.

I am one of the first licensed psilocybin facilitators in Oregon, having led therapeutic journeys for more than a hundred people, mostly women, including several intimate retreats in Bend, Oregon. My approach draws on EMDR, IFS, somatic trauma therapies, and a solid foundation in traumatic stress studies, all woven together with compassionate presence and ethical care. I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and teach psychopathology and diagnosis, continually grounding my work in evidence and compassion. My credentials include advanced training in psychedelic-assisted therapy, licensure to practice psychotherapy in Missouri and Oregon, and board-certified specialization in trauma, reflecting a long-standing commitment to healing from complex trauma. At heart, I believe women are the authors of their own healing narratives, equipped with inner wisdom and the courage to reimagine relationships, self-worth, and sightlines to joy.
