I was born dying—I didn't breathe for thirty minutes and had numerous fractures to my skull. From that dying-while-birthing experience, I found home in the space that had no explanation. I found home in the starry night sky, in the mountains and stones, and the rivers and rain of our precious Earth Mother. I found home too in my body and all her sensations that tethered me to not just be alive but be inspired to understand all the space between being born and dying: living as part of creation for creation to be loving.
Healing is mythological—a quest to be sure. Healing takes steady and determined integrity within the mind and heart of an individual. Psilocybin is quite wondrous. I am in awe at the wisdom through which this mushroom gives us exactly what we need. It has a capacity to usher transformation and regeneration—mind, body, brain, heart, and spirit—which is astounding.
