In Megan’s words
Bio sourced from public website. The facilitator has not yet claimed this listing.
For more than 36 years, I've worked at the intersection of the body, nervous system, trauma, relational healing, and embodied identity. I am a licensed physical therapist, somatic therapist, and embodiment coach with advanced training in somatic psychology, trauma-informed care, TRE® (Trauma Release Exercises), and relational healing. When appropriate, I integrate licensed psilocybin facilitation and integration, supporting expanded-state experiences through a grounded, trauma-informed, body-based, nervous system-rooted approach to healing and transformation.
I've synthesized these experiences into the BE ME Framework, an integrative roadmap for somatic healing that builds safety and support across the Body, Emotional, Mental, and Essence realms of being.
My work is grounded, relational, science-informed, and deeply human. Clients often tell me they feel safe, seen, and at home in their bodies—sometimes for the first time.
