In Meg’s words
Bio sourced from public website. The facilitator has not yet claimed this listing.
As a therapist and clinical supervisor with over thirty-five years of experience, I believe it is an honor and privilege when someone opens up and shares their struggles. Working with adolescents, teens, adults, seniors, couples, and families who experience depression, anxiety, panic, addiction, relationship issues, eating disorders, trauma, and more, I understand that each person is unique and that there is more than one way to get better.
I am passionate about continuing to learn and apply new techniques to help you achieve the happiness you deserve. NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), meditation, yoga, nutritional therapy, tapping, and ketamine are among the tools I use. Working with a team of licensed professionals including nutritionists, yoga instructors, and consulting medical doctors and psychiatrists enables us to manage your total health.
