I use a thorough screening and preparation process to get to know you, your life circumstances, medical history, and current supportive resources. If we decide to move forward with a psilocybin-assisted therapy session together, we will strengthen your capacity to endure uncomfortable or challenging emotions, should they come up. Part of my work is to assist you in moving "in and through" those states. As a "non-specific amplifier," psilocybin can bring up physical, emotional, or mental discomfort—something I am skilled at guiding you through. Every journey has a beginning, middle, and end.
