In the Preparation session, we meet privately to discuss your objectives and questions. I provide suggestions on how to honor and access your feelings in a safe and comforting environment. We review a medical questionnaire, discuss your intentions, and create a supportive setting with music, scents, sacred items, breathwork, touch, and whatever else is needed for a relaxed healing session. The goal is for you to feel educated and at ease.
On the day of your psilocybin journey, we meet at a licensed service center. Using the plan created in preparation, we craft your chosen environment so you feel comfortable and at ease. An employee of the service center will dispense your psilocybin dose when you're ready, and I will be present with you the entire time to ensure your safety and comfort. We touch base within 72 hours for follow-up or to conduct your integration session.
