Through radical responsibility, reparenting, and reclaiming my body and truth, I have rebuilt myself from the inside out. I find rebellion in rest, live unapologetically as myself, and find joy through simplicity and the sacredness of the ordinary.
Nature is one of my greatest teachers, offering clarity, steadiness, and wisdom. I lead and live through integrity, sovereignty, and joy. My work is an extension of my lived experience, devoted to expanding how we understand health by honoring wholeness, embodiment, and the deep intelligence of nature.
