Jyoti Nadhani

I grew up alongside my older brother, who had cerebral palsy and autism. From him, I learned early the power of presence, compassion, and simply being with another in their struggles. Later, as an immigrant navigating the stress of building a new life while raising a family and running a business, I came to know resilience not just as an idea, but as lived experience. Before becoming a psychotherapist, I co-founded a software company that was later acquired.

That chapter of my life taught me about pressure, leadership, and the cost of success. Ultimately, though, I discovered that my true calling was not in technology, but in helping people heal and grow. Today, I bring this real-world experience into the therapy room, alongside advanced training in relationship therapy, trauma healing, somatic experiencing, mindfulness, and psychedelic-assisted approaches.
