I'm passionate about guiding individuals through intentional, embodied healing—blending microdosing, somatic practices, and nervous-system regulation to support transformation that feels aligned and real.
My path began in 2014, teaching vinyasa yoga in San Diego, where I first became curious about the nervous system and the subtle emotional signals our bodies are constantly sending. That curiosity led me to study Yoga Nidra, and in 2017 I became a certified iRest Yoga Nidra instructor, continuing to expand my understanding of mind-body healing through modalities like Mindset Coaching, Hakomi, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Trauma Release Exercises (TRE). For years my experience with psychedelics was mostly recreational, but in 2022 I turned toward more intentional, immersive work and mentorship with a shamanic healer in the Pacific Northwest—a chapter that opened deeper layers of perception and growth.
