With a background in addiction treatment and psychedelic harm reduction, I'm able to help people regulate themselves in difficult situations. For me, a key part of facilitation is the chance to prepare together—creating the intentions, setting, and safety around the psilocybin experience allows for much better outcomes.
My primary role is to create space for you to navigate your own journey. I do this by first grounding myself, then observing—allowing an environment that encourages surrender when there is anxiety, strength when there is doubt, and nurturing when there is release. In this way, I support you in having autonomy over your own healing.
