Geoff Falkenberg

I was born and raised in Portland and have a professional background in Commercial Real Estate. From that, I carry forward refined tools for inspection of myself and the world around me. Out of college, I taught English abroad, engaging with my passion to share what I know. My diverse life experiences have cultivated a versatile approach to embracing change and fostering growth from within.

My journey has been one of profound transformation. Through breathwork, integrating psychedelic experiences, and therapeutic shadow work, I have overcome debilitating depression, learned helplessness, ruminating thoughts, and social isolation. My belief in the healing potential of these methods fuels my work, and I'm passionate about sharing the transformative power of self-growth and connection.

I believe that the way our society is structured fosters damaging isolation. As social beings, we possess a fundamental need for connection that goes beyond our daily routines. The depression and isolation many of us experience can be alleviated by fostering genuine connections and dismantling the mental constructs that have normalized isolation. The key to healing often lies in the power of connection.
