People come to this work for many reasons, some for creative inspiration, some to get "unstuck" or to overcome specific trauma or challenges. Since 2004, I've worked with clients as a Psychotherapist to achieve good health and balance in all aspects of life. As a Facilitator I bring my many years of training and experience in Somatics, Mindfulness and Trauma-Informed Experiential Therapies into this deeply meditative form of work.
