My own journey has been one of endless curiosity and discovery, absorbing a fascinating variety of practices that facilitate healing. I have been especially drawn to holistic approaches that include the mysterious language of the unconscious – dreamwork, EMDR, expressive artwork such as SoulCollage®, and the visionary states of psychedelics. I have explored the depths of my own psyche through these practices which, along with mindfulness meditation, have helped me cultivate presence, attunement, and an ability to trust the process. My many years of experience exploring the dreaming psyche provides an excellent foundation as we sit together after your journey and begin to weave your visions into the fabric of your life.
I am continually amazed at the inner healing wisdom that each of us carries, and delighted when that inner healer becomes available in these experiences. I will work to prepare you for this sacred journey with compassion, humor, a warm welcoming presence, and deep respect.
