One question people often ask is whether I'll be actively prompting or guiding them during the experience. Psilocybin tends to bring forward what your system is ready to work with, and I trust that process. Rather than directing your experience, my role is to create a safe, supportive container where your own inner healing intelligence can lead. During the journey I'm present the entire time — holding the space, tending to the environment, supporting the music, and paying close attention to what's happening for you. If you need grounding, reassurance, or help navigating something that feels intense, I'm there to support you. Sometimes that looks like quiet presence, sometimes gentle reassurance or supportive touch, sometimes helping someone regulate their breath or reconnect with their body. Every journey unfolds differently. Some people spend most of the time inward and quiet, while others may want moments of connection or reassurance. I'm there to respond to what's needed in the moment without steering the process.
On journey day, I'm mindful of sensory sensitivity. I do not use sage, incense or strong scents in the space. Music is an important part of the journey experience. I have a variety of playlists designed for psilocybin sessions and curate recommendations based on your intentions and personal story. During the journey, I may also sing, hum, or offer a single tone from a crystal singing bowl to support grounding and presence, when appropriate.
Preparation and integration are also an important part of the work we do together. We spend time beforehand clarifying intentions and building tools for navigating the experience, and afterward we work together to help unpack what emerged and how to bring those insights into daily life.
