I'm a licensed psilocybin facilitator in Oregon. My journey into mental health began in 2020 while pursuing a bachelor's degree in psychology. After graduating in winter 2022, I became a certified Psilocybin Facilitator through the Oregon Health Authority, completing my training with Clinical Cognitive Solutions in February 2025. I have a background in the tech industry and a life enriched by motherhood and community involvement.
I bring a grounded, compassionate presence to my work. My areas of focus include menopause and life changes, curious exploration, leadership, and creativity. I help people rediscover or affirm their authentic selves and find deeper connections. I believe in the power of psilocybin to open doors to feeling seen, supported, and to self-discovery and transformation. I enjoy building events to foster connection and community growth. When people feel connected and supported, they can do anything.
