During a transformative journey, I experienced years of sadness, stress, and self-doubt being lifted from my body. I felt a rebirth—remembering the innocence of being held in my mother's arms and what it felt like to be in her womb. I released guilt I had carried about what my daughter may have felt in my womb during a difficult time in my life. I felt the love of something greater than myself holding me, soothing me, and helping me come back to life.
Since that day, everything has changed. I sing all the time, even though I never used to. Joy and gratitude live in me now in a way they never did before. While I still have sad or hard days, my baseline is higher, brighter, and stronger. I always come back to that place of clarity and connection and have never found myself in the state of heaviness that felt so familiar before.
Because of my own breakthrough, I felt deeply called to become legally licensed in the state of Oregon to help others access their own healing with psilocybin. I've been deeply moved by the healing I've witnessed—stories of profound breakthroughs, softening of grief, and the release of lifelong patterns of depression and anxiety. Each journey is a reminder that healing is possible and it begins within.
