I'm a registered nurse with 30 years of experience in adult health, primarily in Level 1 trauma centers. I hold an MSc in Medical Cannabis Science and Therapeutics (2022) and a BSN from the University of Maryland in Baltimore. I'm a LENS neurofeedback practitioner, spiritual director, and former chaplain, skilled in holding space for clients who seek deeper levels of knowing. I've trained psilocybin facilitation students and am a long-time educator on the benefits of microdosing psilocybin. I presented The Pharmacology of Psilocybin at Oregon PsyCon in May 2023 and have a talk on the topic on YouTube.
In my free time, I enjoy weightlifting, stand up paddleboarding, fermenting food, making music, and language learning. I'm committed to ensuring that optimal mental health is available to all who seek it.
