Throughout my young adult life, I played many sports, including football. As I endured injuries to my brain and body, I learned valuable lessons about physical, emotional, and mental recovery. Primarily, that patience, diligence, and forgiveness are critical to the healing process. I understand that growth and healing have no timeline and am eager to support you throughout your journey.
As a person who has family and friends that are veterans or active duty military members, I hold a high level of respect and empathy for the unique experiences of those who serve. I am passionate about serving the veteran and first responder community as a facilitator.
I have 10 years of training and experience with supporting people under stress. Meditation and breathwork are skills that I practice, because I am passionate about the power of mindfulness. Continuing education and research is important to me, which will allow me to continue my best practice.
